Clear Tides Organisation is a registered business name with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission as of 8th August 2017. This site and all content including photographs, blogs and designs are provided for your personal, commercial use. There must be no copies, modification, sharing, selling, republishing or distribution of any of the content of Clear Tides Organisation without the written approval from the director. With approval from the director; graphics, photos and content must include the company name or logo along with appropriate copyright notices.

 

 

RETURNS POLICY

If our products do not meet your expectations you have the right to request a refund or replacement item within 30 days of dispatch. Clear tides does not offer refunds or exchanges for any change of mind purchases. All information regarding specific item returns and exchanges can be found by emailing info@cleartides.org.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Orders will be dispatched via Australia Post. Shipping and delivery is expected to be 3-5 days after dispatch, though this varies depending on location within Australia and an approximate delivery date will be supplied with the order confirmation.
